1. Seller
The seller is TELP s.r.o., company ID 26210380, with its registered address at Mokrá Lhota 95, 257 51 Bystřice, Czechia. Contact: [email protected].
2. Catalogue and enquiries
This website presents a product catalogue. Products described as “price on request” require an individual quotation. Photographs illustrate product categories and do not establish the exact brand, configuration or specification to be supplied.
The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. Your request reaches us only when you send that email. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contract, reserve stock or take payment.
3. Confirming an order
Before you accept an order, we provide the item description, technical specification, quantity, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charges, delivery arrangements and any relevant return conditions by email. A contract is formed when you accept our written quotation and we confirm acceptance of the order in writing. Keep this correspondence for your records.
4. Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in EUR and include VAT where a fixed price is shown. Delivery is additional and is confirmed before acceptance. The tax treatment and final total appropriate to your order are specified in the quotation and invoice. No additional charge is imposed without your agreement.
Payment is by bank transfer after written confirmation. Use only the confirmed amount and order reference. The delivery and payment page explains the process.
5. Delivery
Delivery availability, method, charge and timing depend on the product and destination and are agreed before contract conclusion. Consumer rights relating to delays, loss and damage in transit remain unaffected.
6. Product suitability
Please supply accurate technical requirements. Do not rely on a category photograph to choose a cable rating, circuit protection device or assembly configuration. Electrical installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified professional. Nothing in these terms excludes our obligation to supply goods that conform to the agreed specification and applicable law.
7. Withdrawal and complaints
Consumer withdrawal rights, return arrangements and statutory remedies are explained on our returns and complaints page, which forms part of these terms. You can prepare a withdrawal notice using our withdrawal form.
8. Personal information
We use information provided in correspondence to respond to enquiries, handle orders and meet legal obligations. Please read our privacy policy.
9. Applicable law and disputes
Czech law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence where those protections apply. Contact us first about a dispute. Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority where it is competent. Statutory court rights remain unaffected.
10. Updates
The terms provided for an accepted order apply to that order. Later website changes do not retrospectively alter an existing contract.
