How ordering works
- Choose an item and open its order form.
- Enter the quantity, your contact details, delivery address and technical requirements.
- We confirm the specification, availability, final price, delivery charge and delivery time.
- Accept the quotation, then pay using the confirmed payment details.
Delivery destinations and charges
We consider delivery enquiries within the European Union. Availability of delivery depends on the item and destination. A country appearing in the enquiry form is not a guarantee of delivery.
Delivery is quoted individually according to the destination, size and weight of the goods. Cable drums and larger assemblies may require pallet delivery or suitable unloading arrangements. Any such requirements and costs will be agreed before your order is accepted.
Dispatch and delivery times
The expected dispatch and delivery dates are included in the written quotation. We do not promise a delivery date before checking availability. Where no different delivery date has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the applicable statutory period, normally 30 days from contract conclusion.
Payment by bank transfer
We accept bank transfer for confirmed orders. Do not transfer money solely on the basis of a catalogue page or an enquiry. Wait for our written order confirmation and invoice.

Checking a delivery
Please inspect the packaging and goods when practical. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us with your order number and a description. Photographs can help us investigate, but do not limit your statutory rights.
